Planning board
The planning board is used for production planning of elements. To give a good overview, both rough and fine planning takes place on the same board.
When you open the scheduling board, this filter appears. Here you can select the date, whether you want to see all projects or only one and which moulds should be visible. All this creates a better overview.
An empty planning board looks like this. To the left are the moulds, next to them are a lot of dates for planning items. To the right is the item list with all projects and items. At the bottom you can e.g. see number of elements per day, concrete m3 per day, weight ton per day and area m2 per day. When you need to insert items on the planning board, it is done with drag and drop from the item list. You can insert the items in several ways, insert all the same items at once or just any of them by changing in number. You can also insert several different items at a time by selecting them. The item list, materials and hours used are updated each time you transfer items to the planning board. To get a better overview and keep track of whether there is capacity for the new upcoming orders, it is possible and plan fictitious elements into the future.
Insert multiple items per day in the same form using advanced planning. Simply fill in items per day with the number of items that can be in the same form. Also choose whether to produce every day, every other day or something completely third and number of days to be used for mould building.
A full planning board can look like this, the colors of the elements indicate their status. There are many different layouts to choose from. It gives a really good overview of which elements are missing drawings, which are delayed, which are manufactured, which are delivered and much more. If you want to move around any of the items, this is easily done by using the little blue icons in the top toolbar. The elements can be moved both x days forwards or backwards, extra days can be inserted for mould building and mould change and you can insert a day without production etc.
