In the Sales module, Betsy gives you a clear view of all your projects. You can switch between different layouts to get a better overview. For example, select the potential list to see how many projects are close to going on sale. It provides a good financial overview and makes it easier to plan the production of the elements in the future. Then one is sure that the production has room to produce all the elements when that time comes.
If you want to copy a project, it is easily done by clicking on duplicate. This can be used if the customer calls a month after the first offer and wants to have added or deleted some items.
Betsy has all sorts of options so you can manage your project down to the smallest detail. It is possible with a dropdown menu by e.g contact name, it makes the workflow more efficient.
At the bottom of the project list under project detail you can write down everything that has happened on the case, a very useful tool if one of your colleagues takes over or must help with the case.
When you are working on many projects at the same time, you may end up forgetting something. This is avoided by making a reminder of the case. The reminder is made by filling in the columns next activity (write upcoming activity) and next contact (select date). With 4 days to the deadline, a pop up will appear when you open the project list. Then you always know what the next step is. They can also be seen by clicking on the reminder in the bottom bar. If you want to remove a reminder again, simply delete the date in the next contact.
In addition to the above options, you can add many more columns to the project list, which will make your workflow easier, they are easily added by a right-click and then design is selected.
