Customer management

Betsy has the perfect tool for managing all customer data, a complete customer data, a complete customer directory with an overview of all customers. There are 2 layouts to choose from: standard and contacts. Default shows the customers and contacts shows all the contacts.

It is possible to import all customers / contacts from your current operating system directly into Betsy, or create them manually.

Inside each customer there is a phone book where you can see all contact persons, on the selected customer.

During projects on a selected customer, there is a lot of information. Here you can see all offers given to the customer and which of them have become an order. You can see the customer´s specific payment terms, create notes and more addresses etc.

When an offer / project is approved, all the entered data is of course transferred from A to B estimation.
