Sales calculation
When creating an offer for a customer, it is done in A-estimation/ sales module. The offer consists of 4 main columns: Items, materials, calculator and graphics.
You start by adding items (top left corner). This is done very easily, by selecting the desired items from the pre-calculated item list. Another solution is that if you use drawing programs such as Bluebeam, Revit and many others, you can import the items directly instead of selecting them, it saves a lot of time.
In materials (bottom left corner) are all the predetermined materials included in the element. Depending on the inputs in elements and the calculator, the materials change accordingly. All materials are seen per piece element and depending on the project, new materials can also be added. To get the correct price of the items it is possible and insert time curves and material curves. It can be used for transport, the price increases according to how far it is to the construction site.
In the calculator (top right corner) it is possible to change the structure of the item. There can be changes in insulation, reinforcement, surface treatment and much more. When new information is added to the calculator, materials and the price of the item change automatically.
In graphics (bottom right corner) you can see a 3D drawing of the item (all basic part items are in 3D) and the time to be used for production (per piece element).
In the Alt-S report you can get a complete financial overview of your offer.
Print / send an offer letter to the customer. You can design the offer letter (text, layout etc.) exactly according to your wishes.
Betsy offers many features that make your work more efficient and manageable. Here are a few examples. Color warnings can be set up, for example when adjusting the prices of items in a case. The cell turns red if the manual price is less than the list price. When working on a case, it is easy to copy items (including all sub-items) from the ongoing project or another project.
